Two Fundamental Answers

There are two questions that our product, marketing and sales strategies must answer:


  1. “What problem are we solving for the customer?”, or “What value are we adding to the customer?”

  2. “Why should they care?”


Many marketers and eCommerce professionals spend more time discussing the latest emerging technology or funnel tactic than they do the strategy of their brand and connection they are creating with their customers.


Tactics are the servants of strategy.; enabling and accelerating growth and connection to your customer. If we do not explicitly or implicitly answer these questions with our messaging we will find ourselves looking externally for the latest trend, tech or idea to implement instead of focusing on what makes our brand unique. Draw inspiration from those who are excellent at what they do, but focus on what makes you different.
