I specialize in brand strategy, sales, marketing & direct-to-consumer eCommerce. Colleagues know me as a strategic and data-driven builder who has been successful in creating sustainable growth. I delight in creating an atmosphere of achievement; building teams, infrastructure, and technology to ensure a business thrive.

Bio

Born at Camp Lejune, NC, raised in Sanford, FL and now thriving in Orange County, CA (with multiple stops along the way), I have been blessed on the journey of life. I am the father of two amazing women, proud husband to my wife, Eunice, and caretaker of two English Bulldogs.

Some people have a plan for their lives and work that plan. Some of us work and discover the path for their lives along the way. 

​

My early career was filled with various jobs that don't make the official Cirruculmn Vittae, but they were foundational and instrumental to me becoming who I am today. I've been a warehouse worker, a carpet cleaner, a telemarketer, a customer service representative, a talk radio host, a background singer, an itinerant preacher, and a senior pastor. 

 

In 1997 I  was able to purchase my first PC.  I had a dial-up connection and Microsoft Works. The possibilities of using my brain instead of my body to make money were starting to open up for me.  Spreadsheets and data with the ability to connect them to people to solve problems allowed me to begin to grow professionally.

My first management position was for an authorized reseller of WorldCom Wireless (I don't have to tell you how that ended). We pivoted as quickly as possible after the demise of WorldCom and relaunched the business two weeks later in partnerships with Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless, Verizon and Nextel.  My new job, Operations Manager.  I managed call center operations, carrier relations, customer activations, and logistics. KPI’s became my friend: cost per lead, closing rate, cost per sale, churn rate and many others.  My knowledge expanded from how to manage a department too how to operate a business.  About a year into this new position the owner came into the office and let me know that he had sold the company and that I would be moving to a new location.

​That was the day I met Alex Dastmalchi.  I had the honor and pleasure of working with Alex Dastmalchi for 14 years.  I could write volumes on the things I had the privilege of working on during that time (but I know I am not a novelist), so here are the career milestones and executive titles:

  • Vice President, Operations | Mi Agente Mortgage (2006-2007)

  • Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer | Inkor Communications (2007-2009)

  • Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer | Business Intelligence Group (2009-2013)

  • Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer | Dastmalchi (2013-2016)

  • Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer | Dastmalchi  (2016-2019)

Early in 2019, I stepped away from Dastmalchi. I am ready for the next step and could not be more excited. I'm currently consulting; helping brands reach their next level of effectiveness.
